Gorgeous, fairly clean hotel with very helpful personnel at Check-out. Very well maintained building, neat and new-fashioned rooms. Extremely comfy beds, luxurious bathroom.

Early check-in, the staff helped us with luggage. The location close to big casinos was absolutely perfect and comfortable. Dined at Tian yi Restaurant, it was just a short walk away from the venue...

Spent 5 nights here with my parent, had a very nice stay overall. Superior king room accommodated me perfectly. A flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a laptop-size safe worked well.

The location in a very relaxing area was good and there were a shopping area and a market nearby. The rooms were completely renovated and neat and had a great view. The provided service was excellent.

I liked staying at hotel and will be back. The property was fantastic and wonderful with cooperative staff with moderate service and professional service which I really appreciated. Btw, the airport was 0.5 miles away.

Located near the ferry, it's easy to get to the hotel from the port. The room had a stunning view of the surrounding area, and the bathroom was luxurious with high-end amenities. The staff was friendly and provided great service, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The hotel had a relaxing spa with professional staff, and the pool area was serene and perfect for some leisure time.

That some of the facilities were under renovation during my stay, which was a bit disappointing. However, the excellent service and amenities more than made up for it.

The rooms are brand-new and spotless, and are complete with nice view and great Natura Bisse amenities, for example. The location is particularly good and incredible, 2 miles from Macau Stadium.

Location: the venue was close to the venetian, classy and quiet as well as the Cotai Strip. The service provided there was excellent.
